Condorii big comeback - Details about Round 6
Hello everyone,
Week 6 of the ABL has just finished. We had some interesting games this weekend. Starting from the
bottom we have the B league games. First off the Bobcats vs Phoenix. Bobcats won 86-72 behind
Ghencius 21 points, also with some help from Caloporeanu with 13 points and 14 rebounds. As an
answer to this, from Phoenix with 19 points and 20 rebounds, Marin Cristian was the lead scorer. The
last game of the B league was between Scorpionii and the Underdogs. The defending B league
champs won 65-44 with the captain Tamas Razvan with 17 points and 9 rebounds was the lead
scorer. From the Underdogs with 16 points and 10 rebounds, Alin Ivghenie was the best scorer.
Moving up the conference, we arrive in the A league. Younique faced off the Condorii. Condorii won
a hard fought game with 60-55. Khalil Ghrib with 21 points and Adrian Tamas with 19were the best
men from Condorii. For Younique, Totoreanu Bogdan had another big game with 21 points and 17
rebounds, but his performance wasn’t enough. Last year a big rivalry, this year a blowout, Spartans
defeated the Bastards with 106-57 behind Ardeleans 34 points and 12 rebounds. From the Bastards,
Suba Alex with 22 points was the leadscorer. Last game from the A division was between the
Plumbers and Valbon. Valbon had another good shooting game and won 84-36. Iov Cristian was
again the leadscorer with 27 points for Valbon. From the Plumbers Adam Kovacs with 9 points was
the leadscorer.
